October 1st to Oct 10th...Manali ???
Hi friends. I am planning to visit north for almost 10 days from october 1st to october 12th. I will reach Pathankot and have plan to visit the near by places of pathankot. I am also interested to visit manali as well. Can anyone please suggest me a suitable travel plan for 10 days around pathankot including Manali. I am a nature lover and like to see snow or play with snow. If it is not a right time to get the snow at Manali, I may drop the plan of going to Manali as per your suggestion. Please suggest which are the place I should travel during these 10 days. Please through som light on th climate of Manali during oct 1st to oct 11th. thanks a lot.

10 days are more than sufficient for Dalhousie, Khajiar, Dharamshala, Mcleodganj etc and Manali. You can move between these place at ease. But Pathankot to Manali may take 10-12 hours by road. Regarding snow, no one can predict, but there would be no snow in October. Climate shall be cool between 5-10 cel. at mornings and evenings |
