New couple, need Kullu Manali trip assistance

Hi,

I am planning to go to Kulu Manali with my hubby in the moonth of June

.
So can anyone guide me the rail route to reach there from Visakhapatnam.
If possible advise me some real good economical family hotel.

Browse the Himachal Pradesh forum here, heaps of information on that area. Also the hotel section should have something.

I guess the best and easiest would be to take a train to Delhi and from their take a bus as per your Budget, A Volvo is the most comfortable and expensive of the lot..and it would be around Rs.800-900 one person one way ...

Forget Kullu, head straight for Manali. You can take a train from Delhi to Chandigarh, and then take a bus. Plenty of info how to in this sub-forum, just browse a bit.

we are also planning atrip from mumbai to manali and same time. we are three me,my wife and daughter. If you are comfortable may be we can share a hired vehicle from delhi to manali rather then a bus.
