Need help in planning a trip to Kasauli, Narkanda, Shimla in June'12

This is my 1st post / query in this community.
I am planning a trip to Himachal next month (June). Already got my hotels booked. We are 5 adults and 1 kid.
We are planning to travel by Kalka Shatbdai frm Delhi to KAlka and then hire taxi Kalka onwards. Below are my questions:
a) What will be the taxi fare from Kalka to Ros Common Kasauli for 5 people?
b) Next day we plan to leave Kasauli in the morning and head towards Narkanda (Hotel Hatu) and would wish to see Chail, Kufri & Fagu on the way. What would be the taxi fare for 5 ppl and would it b possible to cover all these locations?
c) Please let me knwo some good places near Hatu to visit?
d) After spending 2 days in Narkanda we plan to go to Kiarighat (Apple CArt Inn) & visit shimla in the evening and head back to Delhi next early morning to catch Kalka shatabdi. Please let me know the taxi fare early morning around 4pm or so and how much time it will take to reach kalka station? And taxi fare from Narkanda to Kiarighat?

There are no organized taxi services in Himachal Pradesh for point to point destinations, except for in Shimla. You will have to negotiate fares for all the places starting from Kalka. It is advisable to negotiate at Kasauli Bus Stand while going to Ros Common Hotel for your onward journey or else you may negotiate and keep a vehicle on per day basis, which shall be more convenient.
