Need help for traveling Shimla Manali and Delhi

I a planning to travel to Shimla Manali and Delhi together this year October(during Durga Puja).I will be travelling with my wife from Kolkata.I will start from Kolata on 20thOct'12.I have planned my travel like this:
•Day1(SAT)
o Catch Kalka mail from HWH
•Day2(SUN)
o On Train
•Day3(MON)
o Reach Kalka early Morning
o Catch Shivalik Deluxe from Kalka to Shimla
o Reach Shimla and do local sightseeing
•Day4(TUE)
o Stay in Shimla
o Go for Shimla-Kufri-Fagu-Chini Bunglow- Naldehra & back Tour
o Catch bus at 8PM for Manali
•Day 5(WED)
o Reach Manali early morning
o Go for Manali-Kullu-Manikaran & back to Manali Hotel
•Day 6(THU)
o Stay in Manali
o Go for Manali-Kothi-Rahla Fall- Rohtangpass & back to Manali Hotel
•Day 7(FRI)
o Stay in Manali
o Do Local Sightseeing
o Catch bus to Delhi in evening
•Day8(SAT)
o Reach Delhi early morning
o Do Local sightseeing in delhi
•Day9(SUN)
o Do local Sightseeing in Delhi
o Catch Rajdhani in Evening
•Day10(MON)
o Reach Kolkata in the morning

When in the morning will I reach Manali if I take a night bus from Shimla?Will i be able to complete the Manali Kullu-Manikaran trip on the very same day?I saw in the HPTDC website that they conduct bus tours to Kullu and Manikaran.But i don't think that i will be able to catch their tour bus after reaching Manali from Shimla.Will it be good to take a Cab on rent for the sightseeing tour for Kullu-Manikaran and return to Manali by night and go to Rohtangpass the next day.What is the approx charge for the cabs in Manali?
