Mcleod Ganj in June - for a month?

Hello Lotus1!

I'm going to be in Dharamsala in June 2008 and also am considering staying for several weeks. And like you, I'm a woman traveling on my own. I'm not so keen on moving around every few days, so I'm going to a few places for several weeks each. That's the plan, anyway.

I'm looking at taking the 10-day Introduction to Bhuddism course at Tushita; if I like Dharamsala, I'll stay longer, either volunteering or taking other courses. (There are so many that look interesting!) Tushita's website is down, so I don't yet know the dates of the courses in June.

I'm a New Yorker but have been living in India for the past three months, doing volunteer work in Bhubaneswar, Orissa. My volunteer assignment is over at the end of May, so my travels begin.

You can go for Reki classes in Mcleoudganj too.

And u always have a few good treks to do n places to explore around Mcleoudganj whenever you feel the need to start movin aorund.
