mc laudganj in aug?

hi there
is mid august (around the 10th or so) a good time to visit mc laudganj?? or will it be raining a lot?? if not a good time can someone suggest where else to go in himachal besides manali, where its not raining a lot, i know its the monsoons. i am looking at the least rainfall areas.

Dear Arry, Its monsoons all over the place. Especially in mountains it can rain anytime. But yes McLeodganj is very much possible. though there is news of flash floods due to cloudburts in other part of HP. although weather.nic.in has predicted rain over that area in the next few days.
