Hi friends!

I am planning for Manimahesh trek in August this year.
Probable timing: 14th August to 17th August.

I want some information regarding Accommodation on the way to Manimahesh from Hadsar:
Is there any chatti aur else be available in Dancho or Sundrasi???

In this regard I would also like to mention here that, the Manimahesh Yatra 2017 is scheduled for the period between 14th August (Shri Krishna Janmastami) and 29th August (Radhastami) 2017.
Don't be static.......... Keep moving............

There will be many makeshift accommodations available in tented shops. Some idea can be had from watching a few videos of the trail during the yatra.
The trail will be crowded, just so you know.
“Life is not a journey to the grave with intentions of arriving safely in a pretty well-preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out and loudly proclaiming ... WOW! What a ride!”

No permission required. There are dhaba's on the way which provide food and accommodation. As blackfog has warned, the trail will be overrun with people.

I wonder the below. Someone please clarify.
During the peak pilgrimage season, a desk by local administration notes down the names and some details of anyone going up. There is no permission required but an adhoc, quick jotting down of names happens. They want to keep track of identities in case of any mishaps. This is a great initiative and if there is some such provision, one must provide their names and emergency contact numbers.

Doesn't this happen as well for Shrikhand yatra?
I came across some such desk on the Triund trail last year.
