Manali - Kunzam - Kaza - Tabo - Shimla

Hi every body ! I have some good news.
The road from Manali to Rohtang - Kunzam - Kaza - Tabo - Shimla - as bad as it is open for jeeps from today.

Yes, the road from Manali - rohtang - Kunzam - Kaza - Tabo is open. The Mailing point still remains a chancy affair.

Well guys ! hold on for some more days, I think. Weather is still dancing- a little bit unrest may create problems.

Well all my positive toughts and the happiness that I shared with every body came to the ground within a few days as both the roads from Shimla and from Manali to Spiti - Kinnaur broke and it would take atleast a week for one of them to open. This would be Manali to Kaza - Tabo.

Things have changed considerably since the OP posted on June 23rd.

Landslides and flooding along the Sutlej Valley have now made this route impossible - bridges have to be rebuilt and stretches of highway repaired.
