Landoormama, I think you are correct. Bikes that we hired were all in some foreigners name. This mechanic Taru from Manali has bought the bikes from foreigners and is renting it out.
We never thought in this angle. Thanks!! No wonder police men in Leh were trying to stop all the motor bikes. |
