I dont know the name, but there is on hotel right in front of the Bus Stop & mandir at narkanda Top.. The tariff od the same is around 300 Bucks.

HPTDC's website lists a private place called Kainthla Nivas, Anant Vihar at Narkanda which can be booked thru them for Rs. 250. Probably poss to book directly too, but no contact given, maybe a net search will help.
