Kinnaur being over run during Durga Pooja??

Is the Sangla valley and surrounding areas of Kinnaur really booked out by Bongalis and to be avoided during Sept/Oct.????

I beg your pardon. Proper pronunciation is BENGALIs. A lots of Bengali people used to travel their not only during that time but throughout the year whenever travelling their is possible.
