Itinerary Advise for North Trip - Himachal Region

hi,
I'm looking for itinerary suggestions to visit following places in North for my honeymoon trip..

I'll start my journey from mumbai by train and am advised to take cab from delhi for the entire trip ....
The places planing to visit are...

* Manali
* Delhousie
* Dharamshala
* Amritsar


1. Is it right choice to start cab from delhi? or any other near by station i should look for?
2. Which is 'MUST VISIT' place between Delhousie and Dharamshala?
3. If its 10 day trip , how much time should i allocate to each city?
4. Apart from above places is there any other suggestions which can come on way or good to take break in long journey..
5. Can any one advise approximate travel time by road to these places..?

Look at this intenary:
Say 1st Mar'10
1st Mar'10 - Take a train to Jammu Vaishnoo devi
2nd Mar'10 - Reach Jammutawi at 4pm, take a bus to Katra (Rs45 per person), Reach Katra Freshup, dinner and start
walking towards the temple.
3rd Mar'10 - Come back from the temple and take a bus to Manali
Do overnight travelling and reach Manali by 9am
morning. You can do local site seeing on the same
day.
VanVihar, Monastries, Vashisht & Ram temple,
Hadimba temple
4th Mar10 - Can do River rafting, and do Manikaran passing
through Kasol valley
5th Mar'10 - Can go to snow point whch can be Gulaba or Mari,
while returning can visit Solang Valley. On the
same evening can take a VOLVO to Chandigarh
6th Mar'10 - Can do Local site seeing Rock Garden, Rose Garden
7th Mar'10 - Can go to Amritsar Golden temple & night stay
8th Mar'10 - Can visit JalianWala Baug, Wagah Border and same
evening can take a train to Mumbai

But I'm looking to cover more of Hill stations ..Vaishnodevi and Chandigrah is not on my this itinerary..
Also as mentioned , am planning for Private Cab for tour..

please let me know for the places mentioned in my post or something similar..
