is this trip doable?

I'm planning for a trip from Delhi to Spiti and Kinnaur regions.. following is my itinerary, i need your advise on this. We are two guys traveling only by buses, taxis, jeeps. We DONT have a vehicle on our own.
(N) = Night Stay
Day 0 Delhi to Shimla (overnight bus)
Day 1 Shimla sightseeing and overnight stay
Day 2 Shimla to Sangla(N) [is there a direct bus/jeep?]
Day 3 Sangla - Chitkul - Sangala (N)
Day 4 Sangla to Kaza(N) [is there a direct bus/jeep?]
Day 5 Kibber, Ki and back to Kaza (i think jeeps/taxis should be available for this)
Day 6 Kaza to Chandrataal or Batal (night stay at Chandrataal) [is there a direct bus/jeep?]
Day 7 leave chandtrataal reach manali(N) (or is it better to leave from Batal ?)
Day 8 (night) Leave Manali to Delhi

Please evaluvate this itinerary and give me your suggestions.. I want to make sure there is transport available for all the routes. Thanks.

If you are going Kinnaur for the first time then must stay at sarahan and Kalpa, without these your trip will be incomplete.
Your plan from Sangla to Kaza in one day is too much ambitious.
From kaza you can move to Batal or lossar.
Without Batal everywhere you can travel by bus.

This trip is not doable.. especially with public transport. There is no bus to Chandratal.

It would be better if you do only Manali - Kaza - Chandratal - Manali or Shimla - Sangla - Kalpa - Shimla and leave the rest for later. Or Increase the trip duration by 2-3 days atleast!

Oh.. thanks for the inputs.. I can extend the trip by another 2 days if required.. so how do I reach Kaza by bus or jeep from Sangla? Should I goto Tabo first and take a bus from there, I can stay overnight at Tabo if the journey's too long.
As for bus to chandrataal, atleast is there a bus/jeep ride from Kaza to Batal? Thanks guys

You can catch a bus to Tabo/Kaza from Peo. Bus will go till Batal.
