I have asked this question previously, but just trying again.
My plan is to trek from Chitkul to Harsil via Lamkhaga. I know that Inner Line Permit is neccessary (will aply in Shimla)but I have hered that for some areas permits are only issued for group travel with authorised agency. Does this apply for Lamkhaga pass trek? If yes, perhaps I will skip this idea and go for Chitkul-Har ki Dun via Borasu pass. Is the permit needed also for this trek?
