Info needed (Vaishnodevi ++)

Hi,

We are planning a trip to Vaishnodevi. From there we intend to Visit a few places in Himachal Pradesh and Amritsar(Golden Temple) in a span of 4 days. There are a few details which we need :
1. Which are the importart places to visit in HP which we can cover in this time limt.
2. Which place in HP would ideally be the closest to Amritsar? How long does it take? What are the convenient travel routes(Train/Bus/Vehicle)?
3. If we want to take Jammu Tavi back to Mumbai and Amritsar is my last visit location, which is the closest station on the route of this train and how can i reach there from Amritsar.
4. Would you suggest that we go to Amritsar first from Jammu and then visit HP in order to make things easier.

Pathankot is enroute amritsar. Its closest to Dalhousie (80 kms) away). You may want to explore the dalhouise, khajjiar, chamba option in 4days and even jammu is not far off from pathankot.
