HP-Banajar(Tirtan valley) /Dhramshala /Spiti in November

Is anybody planning to be in Banjar-(Tirtan valley) /Spiti valley / Dharamshala during November 20 to 28 or closely overlapping dates. If itenerary is final please post. Any information about road availibity, possibility of entering Spiti Valley from Kunzum-la, Bus availability across Jalori pass and accomodation in spiti/banjar during this period is also requested.

Kunzum la and rohtang is already closed,you may enter spiti from Kinnaur side but you wont be able to access high altitude areas like Kibber,Gette,Langza,Kaumik etc.

Rishabh , are you already in Himachal?
There is some confusion about passes (Rohtang and Kunzum)--HRTC buses have stopped plying across passes but, maybe, SUVs are operating. Any more information please. Are yu sure it wont be possible to enter kay-kibber by end november?

Rohtang closed on 16th November as per official reports and Kibber and Ki would be difficult in november end as both are above 4000 metres and it has already snowed there.
