| himachal trip in sep, 2008 I am planning to visit himachal in sep 2008 with my wife & need some opinion on where to go and stay. The main purpose of our visit is to relax ans the places which are on my mind are : shimla ------- - to stay in shimla (mall) or outside shimla, any good options anyone can advise. Budget would be Rs. 1000 to 1500 per day. manali ------- - same question to stay around mall or place like log huts which i have heard of, same budget 1,000 to 1,500. dharamshala / mcleodganj -------------------------- - in mcleodganj where to stay temple road or bagsu and pls advise hotel options. Budget same 1000 to 1500. dalhousie / khajjiar --------------------- - here i am not sure to stay at dalhousie or Khajjiar. Where to stay also is a quetion. same budget as above As sep month should be a low season month staying out of the main area would be advisable. mani |
