himachal tour suggest itenary

Hi guys,
I have decided to visit Himachal pradesh this apr-may for period of 8-10 days.i would like to visit
1.Shimla
2.kufri
3.figu
4.kullu
5.manali
6.dalhousie.
7.dharmasla

can you people suggest an itenary for this. and good hotels to stay at these places(shimla ,manali,dalhousie,dharmsala).y ou can also suggest good tour operators and quote they gave.you can also suggest places .i particular wonder if i can stay at someother place (near to shimla ) rather than shimla as all say its overcrowded and do it as a day trip.any help is appreciated.

Guys many of you would have visited himachal.i went the himachal forum but couldnt find recommendation about tour operators.can you guys post your experience? the tour operators and thier service?

I have not visited all these places you mention. However earlier this year, we rented a car from Himachal Tourism development corporation (http://hptdc.nic.in/) and traveled to a few places in HP. They will help plan your itinerary depending on how many days and which places you want to visit. They have hotels as well that are decent.

of the places you mention, I went to Kullu, Manali and Dharamshala. If you have any questions about these places, I can sure try to help.

does he speak good english as we are poor in hindi though can manage a bit.how can i contact him except phone.

If you can speak rudimentory hindi he will understand you. No idea of his english skills but he has driven quite a few clients from south India so I guess he will be able to communicate with you.

I donot know of any other way to communicate with him other than phone.
