Temperatures head downwards in Himachal
After bright sunshine on the polling day i.e. Sunday, the weather took a downturn on Monday due to Western Disturbance hovering over Jammu & Kashmir. Temperature at Keylong was recorded as minus 0.9 degrees celcius and 2.8 ddgrees in Manali. Those heading for the hills be adequately clothed and carry protection against rain/snow. The tunnel link work of Rohtang Pass delayed
