Almost nil chance. It occasionally snows in Sep-Oct first week in high passes when Monsoon in still active and temp starts plummeting. But Oct - Nov are periods of least chance of snowfall as there is no source of precipitation: too early for strong western disturbances and too late for monsoon, but if you're a favorite of the Himalaya gods...you can never tell about the mood of the mountains
Only when the last tree has died and the last river been poisoned and the last fish been caught will we realise we cannot eat money.
