it depends on where you want to go....so if you could specify that would be great....places like Shimla/ Chail etc wont have landslides etc but other places are more prone to them for example..

Those places will be fine....they have good infrastructure in place and are on the "tourist map" so to speak so not an issue.
It will ofcourse be raining constantly and could rain for the entire time you are there. Wont be too cold but you can expect temperatures dropping into the high teens once in a while. |

i just completed my visit to kullu and manali,
The road from manali to rothang pass is badly affected by land slide, it took 6 hours to reach from manali to rothang by toyoto innovo, heavy traffic jam curvy roads , poor visiblity in turnigs, no warning sign boards (rarely found two or three), too much of lorry trafic for such a small road. The road from chandigarh to bilaspur is also familiar for frequent traffic jams your driver must be a expert otherwise it is not safe. Dont worry about climate it is normal. |
