Help : Photo Studio In KulluTo Burn A Cd From Camera's Memory Card

hi friends,
i will be travelling for about a month in May, 2008 as i m doing two back-to-back treks with the Youth Hostels Association of India.. Saur Kundi Pass from 5 May, 2008 to 15 May, 2008 and Sar Pass from 15 May, 2008 to 25 May, 2008.. i will be having with me a Nikon digital camera 5.1 mega pixel with a 1 GB memory card in it.. can anybody tell me how many pics would be stored on a memory card of 1 GB.. or should i carry another 1 GB card with me as abundant caution.. i need information if there are any photo studios / internet cafes in Kullu city where i could transfer the pics on the memory card and burn a CD containing the pics.. also, how much do they usually charge for the same..

if you have an additional 1 GB card then why not simply carry it and give your self some peace of mind.... as such a 1 GB carries a lot of photographs , i have it as well and have never managed to exhaust it ever on any trip....
