Has anyone been to Drahal Village? My partner and I are thinking of visiting a friend who lives there and we have no idea what to expect. If anyone has been to Drahal, or any small (I mean tiny) villages in HP I'd love to hear your thoughts on what we might expect.
BTW we've spent 8 weeks in Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal and we know we love India and adore Indian people, but we're still rookies really and don't want to get in too deep.Any tips would be appreciated.. Cheers, Kitten |

village life is the real india
Whatever you do go. I spent 2 months in village in H.P about 50ks from dharamsala. It was the best time I had in india. The people are beutiful and culture of village life goes a long was to explain the Indian way of life.
