Snowfall in Himachal as a general feature comes quite late now. But Manli should have it by then. My advise would be to delay it by another 2 weeks. Chances will be stronger then and you can always go to Rohtang to see the snow anyway!

This year there had been early snowfall so chances are good but you can never say as the weather in India & also elsewhere had been crazy.

Dear Suresh,

I agree with puchoo, you should delay the trip by 2 weeks and land in manali on 24th or 25th December.

Anyways I would also be there for the new year break.

take care
