dharmashala,kullu or manali
If I have to select one destination what you guys recommended from these three destinations. I will be travelling from shimla.
And what is the quickest mode to travel to any of these destinations from shimla. Bus, rented car or any other proposed mode?? regards sama |

Manali - If you want nature
Dharamshala - If you want to combine nature + Spirituality + Buddhism.......... Taxi is the best option, followed by buses....

It depends, sometime Dharamshala is more crowded than Manali....

i just visited manali this weekend..it wasn't that crowded..maybe because it was diwali time..
if u do plan on visiting manali, i strongly suggest u to stay in old manali as it is much less crowded than new manali..also more scenic and peaceful.. |

By the way.. do you think taxi is safer for the family with a toddler as we do not speak any of the Indian languages.

We are planning to go Leh in 1st week of December. I know it is heavy winter but will it make this trip impossible?? |
