Dehradun To Shimla By Road - Quick Question

Hi : I am planning to drive down to Shimla from Dehradun this weekend to meet a friend.

I am planning to take the Dehradun - Paonta Sahib - Nahan - Solan
route.

I have a full size sedan with GPS and intend to drive alone.

Is driving alone safe for a male? Will safety be an issue?

Yes, it is absolutely safe, I have driven on this route multiple times and there are no safety issues whatsoever.
