Dalhousie YHA winter trekking
I could complete my program because of the guidance from here.
Delhi to Dalhousie via Kangra valley train From Pathankote to Kangra by train. At the booking counter ( at Pathankote ) I came to know that there is no first class in this train and the cost of the ticket was Rs 15 upto Kangra Mandir. Train started at 9.30 AM and at 2.30 PM I was at Kangra. The journey was more beautiful towards end. Here are the pic of the journey. Kangra valley train Kangra Mandir Chamundaji Mandir From Kangra went to Dharamsala by bus and stayed there. Next day went to McLeodganj and Kangra. I like that water fall and its peace full surroundings at McLeodganj. There were no tourist at that time, but I am sure the area will be full in summer. From Dharmasala I took some photos of Dhauladhar hills sunset. Dhauladhar Hills Dharmasala Next day I left for Dalhousie by bus to start my YHA trekking. Photos of first day trekking are here.
