Exclamation Chandra Bhaga Peaks

Hey am interested in doing a couple of peaks in the general vicinity of CB, this summer, starting with an easy one called CB13, need a few inputs from anyone who have done the same earlier
1. Permits required (in case, who is to be contacted), i understand IMF needs to be informed.
2. Technical sections if any
3. High definition maps if any , available
Thanks in advance folks,

Climbing in Himalayas- CB Range

You have to have..

1. A good team
2. A good leader

And explore on internet for information about CB rabge and peaks ...they are hundereds...i think so...you can climb major peaks..without even IMF.
If you are indian...you can book a peak..without that US$2000 tag...otherwise forget it if you are overseas climber..without any sponsorship...it comes to nearly 3000 US$ of payment for climbing in Himlayas,to IMF.

Better-come and climb and go...no press no publicity....
PM if want to get any help in planning-i am sure you understand we are not talking about any money here...if you wanna climb...i am happy to spread out a helping hand.
I am myself going on in an expedition to RUPSHU VALLEY-If i go...you will be having lot of pictures and full movie...on our website !!!

kinky !

You are not wrong..but be optimistic like me here, things will change..it's just matter of time. I am sure someday...this thing can no more go ..that someone charge US$ 2000+400+500 and do nothing exept giving you a piece of paper that GO and CLIMB this peak within this time frame and that's all.

If you want to climb any NON POPULAR PEAK in Himalayas-get trekking permit and just climb silently...no one is there to check you.Just be calm after you climb and go home !
No press conference !!
