Chail to Kasauli

Does anyone know how to get from Chail to Kasauli. Is there a direct bus or do I have to get off at Khandaghat and get a bus that goes to Dharampur and then walk the 12KM or get another bus.

Also does anyone know the times for the Chail Khandaghat buses.

There is a direct bus from Chail to Kasauli which starts at 8 in the morning .. however still the best way to go is to take abus to Dharampur and then change over to Kasauli ... I suggest taking a cycle and pedaling it up to Kasauli ... Chail - Sadhopul - Subhatu - Gambharpul - Kasauli .. this is an amazing happy trip to Kasauli through stone fruit orchards ..

Are there buses from Dharampur railway station to Kasauli early morning/ late evening? I plan to take a train from Kalka to Dharampur first.
Also which are the cheapest accomodation options available in Kasauli?
