Bhuntar and Pathankot Flights Services

Hi,

I am planning to visit HP during early feb. I would like to reach somewhere near Manali or Khajjiar via Air. What would be nearest airport from khajjiar? (I assume Pathankot)..Is the flight services to Bhuntar or Pathankot are/will be reliable during 2nd week of feb? (considering fog in delihi and snow in HP)

The nearest airport for Dalhousie is Gaggal which is close to Dharamasala, but I don't know whether there are regular commercial flights.

Infact that is my worry. These are not regular flying destination and much so during feb (off season).
It would be great, if someone can help me understanding the risk (flight cancellation/delay) i will have.

Last input that I could search about Gaggal is here: Flights from Varanasi to Dharamsala

There is (or was, haven't checked recently) a KingFisher flight from DEL to Gaggal.

Shimla's airport is Jubbarhatti, but I read somewhere that there are frequent cancellations due to weather conditions.

EDIT:

Per flightstats.com, the condition is not so bad atleast during the last month. Early-Feb might be different. DHM should not get snow, whereas SVL may have.
