advice needed for Parvati in August please...

Namaste!
How is weather inManikaran,Kiriganga,Tosh ath begining of August?
Im going to Parvati from this Sun,
Last time i made up till Dharamsalla,so Parvati is 1st time!
Any advice will be appriciate,im not a trekking person...
This time its just short vacation,so wanna chill out...!
If anyone can recomend me Yoga&Meditation teacher/center in these places,will be very happy!

It will probably be raining most days until about mid Aug when the rains start to recede South, then it will be warm days with the odd shower.Look here:

I already checked this report,and Manali will be cold at night ,but do you think Parvati(Manikaran=Kiriganga) will have same tamperature?As for rain,does it rains all the day long?
Im going there anyway!,So im going to practice on calling off the rain,like Richard Bach did with clouds

It depends what you call cold, i would consider it warm at night at this time of yr. Yes Parvati valley will have very similar weather to Manali, it's usually heavy pourdowns for 1-2 hrs in the afternoon then it suddenly stops & the sun reappears. KK

i heard there were some landslides near manikaran area due to heavvy rains a few days back.
