3 Day Trip
Hello guys,
I am from the south region..ya of course from the God's own country Kerala. I need you peoples help to make a trip in High Himachal Pradesh. I just have 3 days plan to visit H.P.I know three days are very few for a trip in Himachal, but i would not get more days for this. Some of the posts here says Shimla is the best place , but some says Manila is the best ever you can go.I will be there in the summer i mean end of the month May-2005 , i would like to be in the most chilled and most beautiful place in Himachal. thanks and regards Cool |

Hello Cool !
If you have just three days, spend them at Kasauli, which is easily approachable from Kalka, via Dharampur. Kasauli is never too crowded as the tourists rush to Shimla, leaving one in comparative peace to savour its beauty. However, do book in advance, as Kasauli has just two or three good hotels. Recommended hotel is HPTDC's Ros Common. All the best !

COOL
Only having three days in hand is bit short period. You can try Kasauli but this region is heated up these days as this is lower Shivalik-better think about SHIMLA. You can come back to Kalka by train which I am sure will be good experience for you both !  |
