Namaste (just trying to get into the swing of things!)
I study yoga here in Australia and will be heading to India at the end of the year. I've been tossing around the idea of 'sitting' in on a yoga class (probably just a day or so due to restricted free time). I'm presuming there are places that cater for this as I bet a lot of tourists head to India to 'find their spiritual side'... Does any one know of a reputable place that offers yoga classes to westerners? I'd love to experience a class in India (as I'll be needing to keep it up while I'm away any way) but I have heard of a lot of dodgy yoga studios that are just set up to make a quick buck from travellers. We'll mainly be in Trichy, but will also be in Delhi, Jaipur, Agra and Chennai. Any contact details, vague directions or general feedback would be great! ![]()
