I brought a big spray can of Off with me and it's just about run out. I'm noticing there aren't any aerosols available here, or am I just not going to the right places? Is mosquito repellent lotion my only option?

Try Odomos, the local stuff. It doesn't contain DEET (God knows what it does contain!) but seems to work just as well.
I'm sorry that it's only available in tubes which can be bought at any pharmacy and lots of general stores - it's cheap, greasy (so a little goes a long way) and you'll smell like a lemon after you've used it but at least it won't destroy plastic or to ozone layer! And the mossies hate it! |
