Weight fluctuations

Hey,

This question has no real point I am just curious. Do you find you normally gain of lose weight in India? I am assuming you would lose.

Great, glad I'm not the only one.

I'm not really concerned with my weight, but I certainly didn't lose any in India. I blame - Palman (the head waiter at the hotel we stayed at in Gangtok); not having my dogs to walk; my own gluttony in the face of such lovely fare.....

Mr TQ came down with Campylobacter, so lost a fair bit.

Swings and roundabouts really, if you don't get sick, the opportunities for putting on weight in India are plentiful.

For a vegetarian, it's heaven

I hope I haven't made a mistake for this trip with my weight. Last time i lost 10kg and haven't put it back on since I came home (9 months ago) but i got scared i would lose another ten and drop dead this time, so I have been trying to gain weight for a month. Its a fun game if you usually have to watch your weight but having gained 3 kg, whats the bet this time I'll get fat as a s house Oh well, there are worse ways to get fat than pigging out on momos and chai and aloo puri and and pakoras and......... only 14 hours to go.

Well seeing how the beginning of my trip mostly revolves around trekking and being rather busy I am not too worried. But I am sure the last week and a half lazing around Goa will take its toll! Oh well. I guess we'll see.
