Watch what you eat

My girlfriend just got back from India ona busimess trip and she has come back 15 lbs lighter and sick as a dog, and she said she ate in "quality restaurants" so be careful what you eat if you visit India.

Commiserations for your girlfriend man, I hope she hasn't suffered too much. She could have become ill from anything though, I don't think it's necessary to warn about the restaurants.

Perhaps we could have some restaurant recommendations from your girlfriend, to help us lose weight?

most people i know fell sick because of the water, not food. most food in india is cooked throughly.. if you drink only quality bottled/boiled water, and avoid water in all forms -- including ice, you should do ok..

Whatever happened to the 'drink only beer' theory of staying healthy?

If you lose 15 pounds, I would suggest that it is weight you can afford to lose...
