get real travel insurance
You should consider a complete travel insurance policy that includes full health coverage and emergency evacuation if needed. CSA Travel Protection offers a good travel insurance policy like this and it is cheap.
www.csatravelprotection.com. If you enter 0 in your trip cost, you will get the health coverage without the trip cancellation policy. This will save you money if you are definately going and want to save some money.  |

$90 for six month is reasonable, but check to make sure the company's reputation is more important than how much you spend.
