tamiflu generic available in India

I was wondering if they are selling a generic for Tamiflu yet in India?

I have read this from an article:
"Indian authorities are weighing whether there is enough of a risk of bird flu spreading in India to invoke the so-called compulsory licensing clause and lift Roche's patent protections, said Health Secretary Prasanna Kumar Hota."

I was just wondering if anyone knew of Indian drug makers have just bypassed the laws (gasp India bypassing patent copyrights lol) and have just gone ahead with Tamiflu production.

If they have I want to get some when I visit India soon...

I heard on radio (NPR) that Cipla is going ahead with producing generic version of Tamiflu.
