sterile kit in first aid kit

I fly to Delhi on 30 Sept.My first aid kit contains a sterile needle and sutre kit will this attract the attention of customs.Do I need a note from a gp,to accompany the kit.

Have carried suture kit thru customs for a number of years without any problems , both in European countries and to India.
Be sure to practice at home before the unlikely event you have stitch up yourself.
Needles ...( I assume you mean injection needles) are you sure you want to discuss their intended use with customs ?
