Must be honest since living out here we have both lowered our cholestral to virtually nil and we were both on tablets for that for my husband had a DVT in his lung, irregular heart rate, etc 300 pills a month now down to 4 a day so must be doing something right, good fresh food everyday, but still do the alcohol bit to much!!!!!!!

in india (especially) one never knows what one is buying. a scientist friend of mine has put lots of foods and drugs under the microscope to find very different elements than what was labeled. so, cheap spirulina may, or may not be, as good as cheap saffron. buyer be ware.

does goa have a spirulina farm? if so, buy from the source directly. if not, on your next thai visit, check out the farm near chiang mai and buy direct.
