CyberHippie you make it sound so good! unfortunately my face has been used to an elctric raisor for 35 years and a blade of any kind is really uncomfortable

I've had at least three shaves in India, and I think I've been cut everytime (you can't really tell when your head is in the reclined position). I think it's a matter of whether or not your skin is used to razor shaves.

Lets get this right.

The people who shave use clean new blades, and they wont cut you.

I shave some times and I never been cut.

And I dont have crocodile skin or nothing.

Bottom line:

This is a must have expirience that feels all good.

relax and enjoy the blessing of razor knife super smooth shaving.

Makes Gilette in to the worst piece of crap a man can get.

Well, I've had a couple of shaves but not the roadside version, more of a barber in a small shop attached to a reasonable hotel shave.

The shave is fantastic, but unfortunately when you're feeling pretty good is when they say "would you like a massage?" or "would you like a facial?" after the shave and you say yes, you then enjoy the first half of that, but then spend the rest of the time wondering how much the extras will cost you. haha.

Hey by all means get a close shave in India. They are professionals and perhaps just ask some locals who they would recommend for an hygenic shave. Locals would know the good from the bad. But it is worth the experience. By the way I am bald...
