Respiratory clinic in pune?

Hello!

I had one of my girls with the doc yesterday, who thinks she is asthmatic and would like her to be checked over in the paediatric respiratory clinic. The only thing is that we could be waiting months for an appointment if we go private and over a year (I kid you not) if we go public.

So, my question is, does any one know if there is a respiratory clinic in Pune that they would recommend? A quick google search indicated that there might be one in Ruby Hospital and there is one in Jehangir (both of which hospitals I have experience with and would be happy to go back to) - but if anyone has a doctor or clinic that they would personally recommend, I'd be delighted to hear about it.

Thanks!

Wish I had a tip Haze, which I obviously don't. Just give those girls a hug of mine; hope (and trust) it works out.

Awwwwwwww, thanks Mach. I am sure I will get it sorted out in Pune while we're there. If I don't get a personal recommendation, I'll just ring the hospital and make an appointment. Ishthara still has her Jehangir 'registration card' from when she was wee.

I'll definitely remember you to them when they get in from school. They still talk about their day in Utrecht.

Okay.....I just called Jehangir and was told that there is a Dr Nithin who holds a clinic there on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 1-3pm. Anyone heard of him? I have had fantastic experiences with doctors in Jehangir - and really un-fantastic ones as well, so I can't say that just because he holds a clinic there he is necessarily any good, so would welcome anything anyone might have to say.

Feel free to PM me if you'd rather!

Thanks
