Goa is well served with good hospitals, so I would say just don't bother with these two immunisations.
A yellow fever out break is uncommon to say the least and if your bitten by a dog get yourself down to the nearest hospital and start that lovely course of jabs!! Really there is no need for these two jabs and I say that with consience!! Happy traveling ![]() |

You only need Yellow fever if you're coming FROM an infected country.
India does not. It's mostly found in S.America and Africa. http://www.fitfortravel.scot.nhs.uk/ Try Y in the A-Z index ![]() |

You've more chance of being attacked by a crocodile in Goa than a Rabid dog. At the first sign of a mad dog it would be killed by the locals. You'll find the local dogs very tourist friendly, feed them once & they'll stick with you for a fortnight,,,,,,,,,,,,

I've had Hep A,Tetanus/Diptheria,Typhoid and disgusting tasting polio drops on the tongue. You also need anti-malaria tabs.
You can find out everything here http://www.mdtravelhealth.com/destin...sia/india.html http://www.masta.org/travel-health/d...up=2&dis_id=54 ![]() |
