If so, does it really work.

Have used it for acidity; it works. It has mainly digestive properties, as far as I know.

Dunno about stomach cramps, my layman's knowledge supposes some of the causes of this can be varied and the prognosis more serious than indigestion.

edit: It is actually Pudin Hara.

The company website also seems to stress on its use as a digestive

I have used it a few times and for most of those times it has really helped. Otherwise it can be hard to find things that help with nausea.

Thumbs up

It depends on the origin of the cramps but for most minor indigestion, gas, stomach aches - it works like a charm! Our first company might have quit India long before it did without the instant tummy relief from those little green gel capsules. It comes in two forms: the pearls or gel capsules and a syrup which you mix into a glass of water.

You get sachets in powdered form too, to be mixed with a little water.

More effective, but less handy than the capsules, which are easier to just pop into your mouth when on the move.

I have used it personally and it is effective for indigestion, and feelings of being bloated after heavy meals.
Pudina is urdu word for mint.
Hara means green. Hence the term "pudina hara"
