Yes, I know. The only problem is, I hate yogurt. LOL I can force it down, but it seems like the pills are easier for me to swallow. :-) I like frozen yogurt and the custard ones, but I don't think they are a good for you. I got some Greek yogurt and I choked it down, but it was hard to handle. i don't know why I don't like it?

You might give it a try in the form of Lassi, available in salt, sweet and fruit varieties. There is a whole thread discussing whether or not it is safe. Some of us (with, of course, the usual lack of scientific evidence ) think it is wonderful for the health, and especially for the stomach!

at first, i didn't like yoghurt but after eating creamy curd in india, i am now a yoghead and can't imagine life without it.
fruit lassis and raita with indian dishes, yuuuuummmmmmm!!!!

I make my own curds infusing the milk with vanilla pods when I heat it. Additionally, add some chopped fresh mango to the finished product. Also freezes OK in small pots.
