Pregnant - Mumbai - Good Doc needed!

Hi all,

only yesterday i signed up for this forum, and already today I need urgent help. I just tested positive on a pregnancy test. Great news so far... but:

I had problems with progesteron levels in my last pregnancy, and this is likely to happen this time too. Therefore i urgently need a gynocologist with knowledge in hormonal things or, even better a endocrinologist with knowledge in fertility issues, or even better a reproductive endocrinologist.

We stay in Nerul, Navi Mumbai, but all Mumbai is of course fine.

I would be super-happy if you could help!

Thanks
Mona

I can't help with your question and probably someone who lives in Mumbai will be able to, but I would suggest calling your Embassy (German?) who should have a list of doctors they could recommend to you.

You can check on Dr. Prakash Patil of Lifeline Hospital, Panvel.
Opposite the Panvel Bus Stand.

I can't help you with Navi Mumbai, but you could consider Hiranandani Hospital in Powai. Lots of expats use the gynaecologists there, but they also have a large fertility clinic, it's one of their specialties.

Thank you all!

Thank you for your wonderful replies!

I ended up going to Dr. Jairaj's maternity clinic on a personal recomendation that very day. The hormon tests were not a problem, the consultation was not too competent. Anyway, i called my home gyno for interoretation and now i am all set.

Thank you!
