the Tuskegee Study is a well-documented case of not only experiments being done on an unsuspecting population but also a case of blatent racism.

as for germ warfare experiments on American cities, that's well-documented also.

Not really.

Here are some links .. have tried to use links where respected news channels or newspapers [I]confirm governments' admission of tests[/I].. these may be tests of chemical or biological agents, but to my knowledge, pharmaceutical companies are often producing those agents, too, even if in controlled and regulated conditions. Their motives are similar to medical drug tests.

What I meant to do, but failed to, was mention that there are no contemporary cases of unvoluntary porcedures of these soughts of things happening. I failed to mention the word CURRENT. My bad.
