the Tuskegee Study is a well-documented case of not only experiments being done on an unsuspecting population but also a case of blatent racism. as for germ warfare experiments on American cities, that's well-documented also.

What I meant to do, but failed to, was mention that there are no contemporary cases of unvoluntary porcedures of these soughts of things happening. I failed to mention the word CURRENT. My bad.
