Everyone has different needs. A good doctor will ask you in detail about your history and your plans to determine your individual needs. A travel doctor is good as they specialise in travel medicine.

Usual vaccinations are:
Sabin (polio) drops, Boostrix (one shot for Diptheria, Tetanus, Pertussis), Vexaxim (one shot for Hep A and Typhoid). Tablets for malaria (may make you sick).

Hep B shots are only required if coming into contact with blood or bodily fluids. Risk of Rabies or Japanese Encephalitis determined by length of stay and whether there will be travel to rural areas.

All your vaccinations are usually stamped in a booklet called "World Health Organisation - International Certificates of Vaccinations". Ask for this as it is quite handy and can be kept with your passport.
