Yes... I have a house full of extension chords ---- but most of those fluid-burning things have to be plugged into a wall socket, so the reservoir remains verical.

We had mozzie nets fitted to 7 windows in the apartment for 3000 Rs. They have velcro stitched to the nets and the other side is glued to the frame - and then small self tapping screws around have been used around where we pull the velcro open to prevent the glue coming unstuck.
We make sure the door is kept shut as much as poss and as said on here - it keeps us pretty free from 'Macha'. I also spray the outside of the door to prevent them 'riding' in when we enter. The same day my wife arranged for the professional fitting - I went to one of those great little hardware shops and bought all the gear to do it myself (we must our improve our communication!). Anyway - more than enough netting, double sided tape and velcro came to around 300 Rs. It's all yours for nowt if you pick it up from Juhu in Mumbai! Finally .... those rechargable electronic tennis bat mozzie zappers are the biz if any of the blighters should ever get through our perimeter defences. |

You can get the fluid ones also that dont' have to be plugged direct into point - they have cord and plug at the end - Good Knight, All Out both have this kind so you can do them with a double adaptor and put your machine up higher than the powerpoint!
