What is the best drug to combat motion sickness or travel sickness ( vomiting during travel expecially in hills by car). I use Gravol or Draminate.

Best is to eat very light or eat a few hours before travel. Don't take in too much liquids before or during travel. (take in small sips if required)

Traditional way of dealing with it is the above plus licking on a cut Nimbu (lemon).

If medicine is what you want, a doctor should be the one prescribing it.

I've only suffered motion sickness since coming here, and it's only downhill coming out of the hills. The chemists shops here have something called Vomistop, which I take a bit before leaving.

One tip is to sit in the front seat, if possible, next to the driver. Otherwise, look at the road rather than reading/doing other crafts. Your body 'sees' the curves coming and can prepare, rather than the shifting being a surprise.

A very good suggestion- please try to do this if you have the option to do so.
Avomine for motion sickness is an effective drug, it will also make u a little drowsy so talk to some doctor for the dosage.
For an adult a tablet should be enough for a 5-8 hour drive in the hills.
